Modern Sleep Exchange and Return Policy
At Modern Sleep, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to make this process as easy as possible. Please read our policy below to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
Returns:
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- o Custom-made or special-order products.
- Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Clearance or sale items.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@modernsleep.co.za or call 079 194 2257 to initiate the return process.
- Once the return request is approved, you can arrange for the product to be returned via courier or drop it off at our designated location.
- Please note, return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Refunds:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow for standard processing time from your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items eligible for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and with all original packaging.
2. Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange at admin@modernsleep.co.za or 079 194 2257.
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will be guided through the process of returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, you will have the option to wait for the restock or receive a refund.
3. Shipping Fees:
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees, unless the exchange is due to a defective product or incorrect order received.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- 1. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a free return and replacement.
- 2. We may require photographs of the damaged or defective item for our records and to facilitate the return process.
Final Notes:
- • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.
- • Please ensure that the return or exchange is processed according to the above guidelines to avoid any issues.
